A fixed plan is a fine thing - until the body, mind or psyche of a team member no longer plays along. Chronic illness in the workplace is often perceived as a disruptive factor in efficiency. But what happens when we change our perspective?

Beyond paragraphs: How we are shaping a new culture of collaboration through improvisation.
Legal framework conditions provide a safety net, but they do not fill everyday working life with life. When „business as usual“ is not possible due to health fluctuations, the time has come for improvisation.
We do not regard chronic illnesses as a mere obstacle, but as a Catalyst for modern forms of work. After all, learning to react flexibly to health-related uncertainties also builds the muscles for a familiar, confident, coordinated, empowered and self-responsible culture of cooperation.

- From „yes, but“ to „yes, and“: How we create acceptance for the unforeseeable and remain capable of acting as a result.
- The „Spoon theory“ in the team: Rethinking resource management - for sick and healthy people.
- Visibility vs. masking: How much openness does improvisation need? Psychological security as the basis for flexible solutions.
Roll design: How we „improvise“ tasks in such a modular way that they can be completed stably even in the event of fluctuations.
