Conflict competence: Basic-2-Expert<\/h2>\n

Training series in cooperation with the Hanuman Institute<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

We encounter conflicts everywhere: in everyday working life, in teams and organisations, in our relationships, in ourselves - <\/span>and increasingly very strong <\/span>in the public sphere and politics. They often condense at the interfaces of personal identification, power-critical perspectives and global developments. The levels jump, overlap and influence each other <\/span>and reinforce each other to the point of intolerability.<\/span><\/p>\n

This complexity can irritate or overwhelm us - and yet it harbours a powerful potential for development, connection and clear orientation.<\/span><\/p>\n

This training course invites you to stop letting conflicts <\/span>to avoid, to endure without energy or to become permanently overf1TP31ed<\/span>, but as a creative space. You learn to consciously position yourself - with inner stability, empathy and courage, even when things get challenging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Structure of the training series<\/b><\/p>\n

This training programme consists of two consecutive levels: <\/span>Basic and Expert.<\/b>
\n<\/span>Each level comprises one course <\/span>2 x 3 days in presence<\/b> in Berlin. We offer the basic course twice.<\/span><\/p>\n

The work is practical, experience-orientated and based on a deeply democratic understanding of conflict and diversity. Between modules, you can try out what you have learnt directly in everyday life. Accompanying individual coaching sessions are available on request.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
