Chronic illness in the workplace is often perceived as a disruptive factor in efficiency. But what happens when we change our perspective?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">People with chronic illnesses are often masters of improvisation. Wir freuen uns, dass sie nach Berlin kommen, um mit uns und euch rund um chronische Erkrankungen zu improvisieren.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beyond paragraphs: How we are shaping a new culture of collaboration through improvisation.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Legal framework conditions provide a safety net, but they do not fill everyday working life with life. When \u201ebusiness as usual\u201c is not possible due to health fluctuations, the time has come for improvisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not regard chronic illnesses as a mere obstacle, but as a <\/span><b>Catalyst for modern forms of work<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
