We approach the topic of leadership using biography work methods and familiarise ourselves with a personality model that highlights the diverse attitudes and perspectives on the world that shape our leadership behaviour: the Enneagram. In this module, we reflect on our own communication style and receive practical impulses to develop it further. The module focuses on reflecting on our own language and communication behaviour in the area of personnel management, testing it using exercises and expanding it using suitable methods. Organisations are constantly evolving, whether we actively support them or not. Reflecting on your own conflict behaviour, being able to better assess conflicts and increasing your own ability to act in conflict situations is the content of this module.
