Not only politics, but also organisations, associations, clubs and authorities \u2013 all of them are currently under even greater pressure to change than was already the case. Funding is drying up, business models are faltering, value creation and impact logic are changing dramatically (not only in the automotive industry), the behaviour of younger target groups is noticeably changing (e.g. becoming more digital), there is a shortage of skilled workers, AI is causing turmoil \u2013 in short, the playing field is changing fundamentally.<\/p>\n<p>Some players feel they need to reinvent themselves, whether in terms of their value creation or their internal structures and processes. But what does such a renewal require?<br \/>We are currently working intensively on this question. As a collective, we are gathering different perspectives and researching them together \u2013 in order to remain creative and provide guidance on this key issue.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the contributions in this letter give you an insight into this inner dialogue:<\/p>\n<p>My blog article deals with theoretical and practical ideas on how organisations can deal with conflicting forces in renewal and innovation processes \u2013 for example, between the\u00a0<em>Preserve<\/em>\u00a0and the\u00a0<em>Change<\/em>. I demonstrate how polarisation tendencies do not necessarily lead to division, but can be used as productive tension in the clarification process \u2013 to spark an integrative energy of renewal that inspires many.<\/p>\n<p>Andi Knoth zeigt in seinem Blog-Artikel einen realistischen und zugleich ermutigenden Zugriff auf Strategiearbeit in Zeiten des Umbruchs. Er beleuchtet, wie Organisationen - statt umfangreiche, schnell \u00fcberholte Strategiepapiere zu erstellen \u2013 besser flexible, evolution\u00e4re Entwicklungspfade abstecken k\u00f6nnen, bei denen vielversprechende Muster Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt gest\u00e4rkt und verbreitert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Joana Ebbinghaus gibt uns in ihrem Blog-Artikel einen Einblick in ihre Auszeit. Es geht dabei auch um die Erfahrung des Loslassens einer N\u00fctzlichkeitslogik, die wir in allem suchen, was wir tun - sogar in der Pause.<br \/>What does this have to do with renewal and change? From our point of view, a great deal. Because renewal is inconceivable without letting go. There is no creative act without the moment of relinquishing control.
