Sometimes it just takes the right moment to light them.\u201c<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Alice Walker<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #018188;\"><strong>Dear readers,<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>With this kind of inner fireworks, we are all delighted when the moment arrives and it ignites. The radiance and sparkle are a celebration for us.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And what about New Year's Eve fireworks? How do you feel about them?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the location and perspective, I react completely differently: I consistently avoid Berlin with its exaggerated and aggressive form every year; on the other hand, I thoroughly enjoy watching colourful rockets and glitter from a distance. In any case, it is <b>THE ritual at the turn of the year.<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We know that rituals are also of central importance in organisations and teams. Be it the morning stand-up meeting, celebrating successes or even the annual kick-off event. We had two wonderful rituals on our first team day in 2025: we said goodbye to difficult moments and dynamics from 2024 and burned them in our fireplace. And after a long and profound process, we <b>our purpose<\/b> finished, reworded and welcomed with dancing.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201c<\/i><b><i>Our vision<\/i><\/b><i> is a shimmering world in which people take responsibility for themselves and for shaping their environment. We strengthen systems that support cooperation, lively development and belonging.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><i>The field of our work<\/i><\/b><i> is the socio-ecological transformation: the comprehensive change towards inclusive and regenerative ways of being, working and doing business. We support people and organisations that want to develop in this direction.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Our passion<\/i><\/b><i> is about effective self-organisation and the joint search for creative solutions. In the face of growing social tensions, resilience, confidence and the courageous clarification of relationships are particularly important to us.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><i>SOCIUS<\/i><\/b><i> is organised according to the principle of shared and joint leadership. We make fundamental decisions by sociocratic consensus. We work on a role-based basis and trust in individual responsibility.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>We look forward to your feedback and to new creative projects, lively encounters and meaningful collaboration.
