Headmistress Nicole Stockmann and organisational consultant Andreas Knoth discuss how the culture of digitality is shaping their thinking \u2013 and what a contemporary approach might look like.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>What is the current approach taken in the school system \u2013 and what approach should drive stakeholders in the future? The topic of approach was a key focus on the second day of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forumbd.de\/veranstaltungen\/KonfBD22\/\">Education Digitalisation Conference 2022<\/a> at Cafe Moskau in Berlin. In his keynote speech, \u201eAufbruch zu Digital Leadership\u201c (Embarking on Digital Leadership), organisational consultant Andreas Knoth outlined the new self-image that players in the educational context need today \u2013 and why exnovation must become an essential part of innovation so that the school organisation does not suffer burnout.<\/p>\n<p>In the subsequent panel discussion entitled \u201eDigital Leadership and Culture of Sharing,\u201c Andreas Knoth debated with Eliane Burri from the Zurich University of Teacher Education, Gabriele Lonz from the Ministry of Education in Rhineland-Palatinate, and headteacher Nicole Stockmann on the extent to which new forms of collaboration support school leaders in shaping change in schools. As headmistress of a dual grammar school that is unique in Germany, Nicole Stockmann is particularly familiar with the topic of cooperation.
