For me, the diversity of different perspectives is the central element in organisations: The great art of organisational development is to make different life stories, needs and motivations visible in the team or in the organisation and to superimpose them in such a way that a broadly shared development scenario emerges. In addition to all methodological approaches, the central tools are dialogue and honest dissent.<\/span><\/p>\n

I experience organisations from the inside and outside: in the choir, in which I have been an active member for over 20 years; in community organising, which, alongside existing networks, is intended to create structurally legitimate public power for people who have been underrepresented up to now; and in supporting team and organisational development processes, which I have been facilitating since 2003. I see myself as both an \u201eexpert\u201c and a \u201elearner\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n

Born in Northern Hesse in 1975, I have lived in Berlin since 1995, enjoy making music, am happy about every conversation that goes beyond small talk and love travelling. My inner driver lies in every exchange and meeting: experiencing perspectives and shaping learning. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
