I am inspired by the perspective of living learning and self-organised processes - according to which all living things, from the smallest cell to the largest organisation, are always learning and developing coherently on their own.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I live in the beautiful city of Halle, where I also studied educational science\/adult education. Building on this, I completed training in conflict management, organisational development and systemic consulting. With this foundation, I have been working with and in teams in the non-profit sector for many years - as a voluntary board member, full-time manager and freelance consultant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My roots are in the Ore Mountains, where as a child and teenager I was shaped by my love of nature and the cheerful closeness of a large family.
