What drives me is supporting people and teams in connecting more deeply with themselves and their environment \u2013 so that by taking responsibility for their own actions, they can contribute to a fairer and more sustainable world, both in Germany and internationally. Calmness and attentiveness are qualities that I bring to the table to guide teams through change processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am inspired by the principle of \u201estrong back, soft front, wild heart\u201c (Bren\u00e9 Brown): the courage to stand up for your own values, attitudes and dreams, while at the same time being willing to give space to others. For me, a creative deep dive into strategic issues, a well-founded impact analysis or tinkering with coherent structural solutions are just as much a prerequisite for development leaps as resilient relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n

My studies in Southeast Asian Studies, Geography and Economics took me to Indonesia for 13 years. The courageous work of local NGOs in the Global South continues to inspire me to this day. Since 2013, I have been living with my two almost grown-up children in my hometown of Berlin.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am an authorised coach in\u00a0INQA Coaching Programme<\/a>. Working with me can be funded under the 80% programme.<\/p>\n
