For us, resilience means being in relationship - with ourselves, with others and with what is currently happening. It is not about enduring everything or functioning, but about staying present, finding answers for the situation at hand and working together meaningfully on a solid basis.<\/p>\n

Resilience is a process, not a state. It is dynamic and iterative, sometimes full of strength, sometimes on the way back to this strength. Practices and targeted tools help us to master transitions and learn from challenges. Resilience connects us with our values and abilities and creates space for growth - individually and collectively.<\/p>\n

In a world characterised by uncertainty and change, resilience is becoming a decisive factor for collaboration and organisations.
